[WIN] Get your Game On this Valentine’s Day!

#Sponsored

I am a sucker for Valentine’s Day. Every year, my husband and I alternate who plans our Valentine’s Day treat. Some years, we go out, eat pasta, and watch a movie or plan a quick getaway to a neighbouring town, but this year we have a teething baby who wants nobody but me, so we’re opting to stay in

But that’s not to say that it’s going to be a boring night in – quite the opposite really. This year, it’s my turn to plan Valentine’s Day, and I have a special theme in mind; a trip to the carnival with corndogs, popcorn, candyfloss and once the kids go to bed, there’ll even be games and a treat from Oh-Box!

Oh-Box South Africa - By Megan Kelly

If you find yourself at home and want to have some fun by trying a game or two, I have a few ideas just for you!

Scavenger Hunt

Who doesn’t love a well-planned scavenger hunt? Start Valentine’s Day by slipping the first hint into your partner’s lunchbox, pocket, or wallet, leaving the rest of the hints for him to find throughout the day, building the anticipation for the main event when he gets home. A good idea is to include what he should wear, what you’ll be wearing, have him pick up a bottle of your favourite wine, and maybe even dinner, as part of the hints.

X Marks the Spot

Keep one spot in mind as your partner kisses every part of your body until he guesses the right spot. There’s no harm in keeping him guessing when he gets the spot just right.

Blind Tasting

Have some fun with a blindfold and your partner’s favourite treats by having them guess what you’ve put in their mouth and rewarding them for guessing correctly.

Blind Shopping

If you’re up to it, why not set a budget for each of you to pick out one thing for the other from an online sex store and keep it as a surprise until it is delivered. It can be anything from lingerie, to a new toy, game, or even silk linen.

7 Minutes in Heaven

Truth is, if you’re a parent, you’re probably used to not having time for you and your partner, so why not make it into a game? While the kids are busy watching cartoons or playing, surprise your partner by rushing to another room for a quick-session that you’ll both enjoy!

Keen to ditch the chocolates and flowers this Valentine’s Day and have a little fun? A subscription to Oh-Box is just the treat you’re looking for! The uniquely curated subscription box, with a different theme each month, is something for you and your partner to look forward to and includes everything you need to spice up your sex life, treats for a date night, or a little something to fulfil your own hidden fantasies and try something new.

Want to treat yourself and your partner to a subscription to Oh-Box? Go to their website and place your order before the 15th of February to receive your “Game On, Let’s Play!” March box by the 10th of next month. Remember to follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Thought we were going to have movie night at home instead hubby surprised me with taking me out to a restaurant for Valentine’s Dinner. Didn’t have any “us-time” alone for some time now especially with having 2 kids so it was so much fun and special to be with him alone. PS: Awesome prize <3

I think your suggestions are by far the most unique and fun that I’ve seen out of all the usual stuff on the internet. The Oh Box really intrigues me as my partner is adventurous and would love it if I threw in a new element of fun:-)

Once the naughty toddler is in bed, we are getting a thai take out and my hubby has informed me that we can watch a “RomCom!” hahaha I don’t need to do that so I think I will set up a picnic on the lawn with some champagne and Scrabble 🙂

Valentines may be spent tag teaming with a teething baby and trying to explain to a 3 year old why she actually needs to sleep 🙂 not very romantic but without the prior romantic valentines days we wouldn’t have two beautiful girls 🙂
