I can’t believe that tomorrow, Eli already turns 3 months old. It’s been a bit of an adjustment since welcoming our tot; I went back to work when he was only 3 weeks old, we started our own business, I started doing more content writing, and my own blog has been offered some incredible opportunities lately. That being said, whenever I see someone for the first time in a while and we start catching up, I keep getting asked – but how do you do it all?
Honestly, I work hard to keep ahead of my schedule, prioritizing what needs to get done right now and what can wait until nap time. I spend far too many hours in front of the computer and drink loads of caffeine but there are several things that make my life just a bit easier. And today, I am sharing more about that.
I do a lot of running around – whether it’s running after my toddler, to the shop or mall to do some errands, running between appointments with clients or to see family, I am usually doing it in a good pair of shoes. I have long since given up on wearing heels – I have never been a heel girl, but would always buy a pair or two because I very much hoped to be! These days, I am much more practical and prefer being comfortable, so sneakers are at the top of my “mom-drobe.”
While doing all my running around, I realized that Axl had outgrown his own sneakers and of course, I could do with a new pair too, so figured we could pop to the store. Only 2 weeks later, I still hadn’t gotten around to doing so and by this point Axl NEEDED new shoes!
Thankfully, Spree has just introduced The Index; an online sneaker and streetwear destination for the whole family. They offer a wide variety of sneakers to suit your budget and style. They currently offer products from Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Converse, Fila, Vans, New Balance, and most recently Kappa.
Not only is it convenience at a click but you can also shop Spree from their app, which means that for moms like me, I can shop between appointments, while I cook dinner, or just before I go to sleep!
So, we put The Index to the test and what I personally liked is that they offer sneakers for everyone in the family; from our tiniest little bug right up to my Viking, husband! I set a filter to shop for sneakers that were available in mine and Axl’s sizes, and was even able to set my budget to ensure that I wouldn’t over spend (oh, did I mention that I am the family accountant too? Haha, of course I am!) Although simple, these tools saved me time from running between stores, searching for shoes in our sizes, comparing prices and most likely going over budget.
Short on time, need sneakers or are a fan of shopping in your PJs? Head over to The Index for a wide variety of sneakers and streetwear to for the whole family!
