The forty-first week of #365BeautyTips has come to an end and as promised, I have put together a round-up post which puts all the beauty tips, shared this week, in one place. The idea is to share any extra information and answer the questions that you may have asked on my social media posts. Remember that if you want to stay up to date with my 365 days of beauty challenge, then follow me on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
THIS WEEK’S THEME IS…
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 288
Right off the top of my head, one of the many benefits of upping your water intake is that it helps your body flush out toxins more efficiently, leaving your skin looking radiantly glowy.
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 289
Drinking a cup of hot water with a squeeze of fresh lemon, works to prevent acne flare-ups and other common skin issues.
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 290
While water might not be able to turn back the hands of time for your skin, it certainly helps to maintain your skin’s natural suppleness and elasticity.
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 291
If your nails are brittle and prone to tearing, it could be a sign of dehydration. A pro of drinking more water is that it’ll promote nail growth and prevent dry, flaky cuticles.
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 292
Last week I focused on sharing suncare protection tips and even when we do practice sun safety, it’s easy to fall victim to a nasty sunburn in summer months. Other than using burn-shields and aloe vera cream to help the healing process, you should also be drinking plenty of water to help speed things up!
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 293
Did you know that one-quarter of your hair is made up of water? That means that when you do not drink enough fluids your body conserves water for other vital organs which leads to hair loss, thinning, and breakage. Go on, drink some more water!
#365BEAUTYTIPS – DAY: 294
Poor blood circulation causes uneven, blotchy and inflamed skin. An increase in blood circulation can improve your skin’s natural complexion and provides a more youthful look.
And that is a wrap on the last 7 days. Whoop-Whoop! Remember that I love any feedback – what have you enjoyed seeing, what would you like to see more of and perhaps if you have any suggestions, questions or products you would like me to chat more about. I really enjoyed the themed days – what themes would you like to see next?
